Our escrow department works with the builder, the sales staff, and the title company, closely following the sales process from reservation to close of escrow. We provide our builder clients with weekly sales tracking reports so they have up to date information on the sales progress of each community. Our escrow coordinator works with the sales staff to insure that all contract documents are received completed and absent of any deficiencies.
