With over 25 years experience in New Home sales marketing, operations, and management, Kevin is responsible for the development of new business and company operations. Karen Jimenez joined The Advantage Group in October, 2005 as Director of Sales Operations after almost 12 years working directly for one of the regions most successful homebuilders. Her range of experience includes sales and marketing management, warranty management, construction operations, customer relations management and design center operations. An important aspect of Karen's role at The Advantage Group is to direct and coach the homebuilder/client sales teams. Additionally, she oversees the sales process from reservation to close of escrow. The many years of diverse experience learning residential home building from the homebuilders' perspective allows Karen to better serve our builder client’s needs and objectives.

After many years of collaborating with The Advantage Group, she has recently joined their ranks as a sales and marketing manager working with builders and bank owned properties in several California markets.

Ron Mancuso has been involved with the Real estate Industry for over 20 years and has worked with the Advantage Group since 1991. He broke into the industry in new home subdivision sales with Rookie of the Year honors from the BIA of Superior California. Ron has had extensive experience selling new homes and custom lots in California and Nevada.
Moving forward, since 1997, Ron has been in sales management. Ron has utilized his practical experience as a foundation for effectively managing many new home communities' sales and marketing campaigns and has directed and trained the sales staff with successful results.

In addition, Ron has worked with several banks with the disposition of their REO assets. His vast expertise in all aspects of residential real estate has been invaluable, creating exceptional results for our extensive list of clients. Ron's ability to "step out of the box" being creative and resourceful in every type real estate market has been beneficial to our clients and The Advantage Group.
